No Agadir attraction needs booking in advance. The cable car, kasbah, Crocoparc, museums and water park sell at the gate, and none of them has a working official web shop. Where we write "check on site", sources disagree: confirm on arrival or on our open now page.

Foreign adult prices, checked October 2026. Sources: the Crocoparc official site, the July 2025 cable car price board, 2026 local guides for the kasbah, Medina Polizzi, Danialand and the museums, and operators' own pages. Euro amounts at ~11 MAD = €1. Residents pay less at the cable car and kasbah (kasbah 20 MAD). Hours shorten during Ramadan (kasbah 10:00–16:30, Crocoparc 10:00–17:00).

Closing days at a glance
- Monday: Souk El Had (weekly cleaning) and the Musée de la Mémoire. Dolphin World reportedly too.
- Tuesday or Sunday: the Amazigh Heritage Museum (sources disagree).
- Friday midday: many souk stalls shut for a few hours around prayer.
- Every day: cable car, kasbah, Crocoparc, Medina Polizzi, the beach, Jardin d'Olhão.
- Seasonal: Danialand opens in early April; the end of its season is not confirmed.
- Eid al-Adha: Crocoparc is closed on the first day and many shops close for 2–3 days (expected around 16–17 May 2027). Dates and weather on best time to visit.
Sample budget: 3 days in Agadir
| Day | What | Per person |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1: city | Cable car (130) · kasbah (90) · Amazigh museum (~20) · 3 petit taxis (15–30 each) · tagine lunch (35–70) · dinner (80–150) | 400–550 MAD |
| Day 2: beach + activity | Sunbed (30–100) · quad or camel ride with pickup (€13–28, ~145–310 MAD) · port fish platter (50–120) · drinks and snacks (~50) | 275–580 MAD |
| Day 3: day trip | Shared tour: Paradise Valley €12–19, Taroudant €30 or Essaouira €36–43 (~130–475 MAD) · lunch and dinner (115–220) | 245–695 MAD |
| Total, excluding hotel | ~920–1,825 MAD (~€85–165) |
Add a hammam (20 MAD public, 250–450 MAD with massage) and the airport transfer (Alsa bus 50 MAD, taxi 200–300 MAD). The day-by-day route is in the 3-day itinerary; shorter or longer stays: 1 day, one week. Build your own with the trip planner.
How to save money
- Buy the cable car at the station. 130 MAD at the ticket office against €22–27 online. Reviewers report short queues, and the VIP cabin is not worth it.
- Take Crocoparc's own shuttle (250 MAD with entry, guide and tea, from Uniprix at 09:30 and 14:45 on certain days) rather than a reseller package.
- Insist on the meter in orange petit taxis by day (15–30 MAD in town); agree grand taxi prices before you get in.
- Agree the total first at the port fish stalls, for photo camels, and for anything sold on the beach.
- Check what things should cost on fair prices, and read Agadir scams before your first souk visit.
- Plan around the weather: weather & sea today. The full list of sights is on things to do in Agadir.
Agadir prices: frequently asked questions
How much does the Agadir cable car cost?
130 MAD (~€12) return for a non-resident adult, 100 MAD for a child under 1.40 m, free under 0.80 m, bought at the station ticket office. Online resellers charge €22–27 for the same ride. The one-way fare is not published: check the board. Details in the cable car guide.
Is the kasbah included in the cable car ticket?
No. The Agadir Oufella kasbah enclosure is run by a different company and costs 90 MAD for foreign adults (65 MAD for children 7–17, free under 7), plus 30 MAD for the audio guide. The esplanade outside the walls is free.
Which Agadir attractions are closed on Mondays?
Souk El Had and the Musée de la Mémoire in the Jardin d'Olhão. The Amazigh Heritage Museum closes one day a week, reported as Tuesday in 2026 (Sunday in older guides). The cable car, kasbah, Crocoparc and Medina Polizzi open every day. Live status on our open now page.
Can I buy Agadir attraction tickets online?
Not from the operators: the cable car, the kasbah, Danialand and the museums have no working official web shop, and Crocoparc takes reservations by phone only. You pay at the gate. Online platforms sell resold tickets and tours with transfers at a mark-up.
Can I pay by card at Agadir attractions?
Carry cash in dirhams. Medina Polizzi is cash at the ticket office, most souk stalls are cash only, and taxis and the Paradise Valley parking attendants want cash. Small notes help everywhere.
How much should I budget for 3 days in Agadir?
About 920–1,825 MAD (€85–165) per person excluding the hotel: city entries and taxis on day 1, a beach day with one paid activity on day 2, and a shared day trip on day 3, with simple meals. See the budget table below.
Is it cheaper to book Agadir tours online or locally?
For simple tickets (cable car, Crocoparc) the gate is cheaper. For tours with hotel pickup (quad, camel, Paradise Valley, day trips) platform prices are often competitive with street sellers, come with reviews and free cancellation, and avoid the beach touts. Compare with our fair prices.
